2. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to the United States only. For any questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team prior to purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays in China).
- Processing time may be slightly extended during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) due to high order volume—we will notify you promptly if your order is affected.
4. Shipping Time & Carriers
- Shipping is fulfilled via reliable international air freight carriers(e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, China Post Air Mail) based on your shipping destination and order details.
- Estimated international shipping time: 7-25 business days(excluding customs clearance time).Note: Shipping time is for reference only and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and unforeseen logistics delays (e.g., weather, transportation disruptions).
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkoutbased on your order weight, shipping destination, and selected carrier.
- We may offer free international shipping promotions from time to time—promotion details will be displayed on our website and product pages.
6. Customs & Duties
- All Agerose product prices do not includeimport duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local surcharges imposed by the destination country/region.
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyerand will be collected by the local customs office or shipping carrier upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures—please check your local customs regulations for import requirements of intimate wear prior to purchase.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation emailwith a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
- You can track your order status in real time through the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.
- If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 5 business days of purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. Address Requirements
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and in English(including street name, house number, postal code, contact phone number, and recipient name) when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled shipping addresses. Address changes are not supported after an order has been processed and shipped.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Agerose is responsible for the safety of your order until it is handed over to the international shipping carrier.
- For packages marked "Delivered"by the carrier but not received, or packages damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim with your tracking number.
- For packages that are lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 30 business days), please contact our customer service team with your order number—we will assist you with the relevant investigation and follow-up procedures.
10. Special Notes
- All orders are subject to stock availability—if a product is out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or backorder option.
- We reserve the right to change our shipping carriers and adjust shipping time/fees without prior notice—any changes will be updated on this shipping policy page.
- This shipping policy is applicable to all Agerose worldwide orders and is supplementary to our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.
